• The Quantumand Moxi are the latest innovation in hearing aid technology from Unitron. Encompassing the Rise platform, they incorporate SmartFocus, which has been clinically proven to enhance speech understanding in noise. It is said to be the most significant breakthrough in counteracting noise since the introduction of directional microphones.
  
  The Quantum and Moxi are compatible with Unitron’s Unifi wireless system providing accessibility to today’s modern technology such as Bluetooth phones.
  
  They also includes a Telecoil available in all but CIC styles) making it suitable for use with loop systems or Telecoil enabled phones.
  
  Each style is available in three technology levels, the 20, 12 and 6. The difference in the technologies is explained below.
  
  Power versions of these models are available in ITE and BTE and RIC styles.

• Unitron Styles of Hearing Aids
• Unitron hearing aids, like all other manufacturers have different models, which encompass different levels of technology. For instance the most sophisticated technology level is currently the 20 (which has 20 channels), while the model below is the 12 (which has 12 channels), closely followed by the 6 (which has 6 channels). Generally as a rule of thumb, the more channels the hearing aid has the more intricate it's capabilites are in being fine tuned to the users hearing loss.
  
  Each of these different hearing aid models are now available in a variety of groundbreaking designs.
  
  BTE (behind the ear) - The most traditional type, available in standard power and High Power Versions
  
  Moxi and Moxi 13* CRT - A miniture behind the ear aid which utilises a thin (barely visible) tube with a receiver on the end which sits in the ear canal. Now available in both 312 and size 13 battery versions, the Moxi offers a comfortable open fitting, which means the user perceives their own voice more naturally.
  
  
  Fuse Unique to Unitron, the Fuse is a hybrid design which combines all the comfort of an open fitting with the invisibility of a completely in the canal aid. It is unlike any other design of hearing aid ever.
  
  
  Custom Made Made to the exact size of your ear, the custom made rrange are available in Full Shell, Half Shell, Canal, Mini Canal and Completely in the Canal styles.
